I began training for the Paris marathon in January and as the runs got longer, I developed significant pain in my knee. Every run hurt, and the pain was keeping me awake at night. After trying physio and massages, someone recommended acupuncture, so I booked in to see Oliver. The improvement after one session was unbelievable. I felt like I had new legs. 4 days later, I ran my PB at Reading Half Marathon and experienced no pain at all in my knee. I have seen Oliver a few times since, and I am due to see him again a few days before the marathon. My only regret is not booking in sooner.
